    VIE PRIVÉE, VIE PUBLIQUE
    (Pres.: Mirelle Dumas)
Excerpts in concert from "Roses blanches de Corfou" (Athens 1984), "Turn on the sun", "Ela pare mou ti lipi" (Athens 2008), "Le ciel est noir" (Berlin 2005), "Odos Oniron" (in duet with Lénou) (Greece 1999). Musical excerpt from "Adieu Angelina". Messages from Bernard Fixot (editor) and from Stéphane Bern (journalist). Her collection of souvenirs.

Nana and Lénou are two guests of this program. They often sang together.
Nana wanted to do her farewell tour while she was still in shape. But it doesn’t mean that she will not perform occasionally.
As a child, Lénou didn’t see her mother often and she understood that singing was her vocation. Nana felt remorse regarding her absences.

Excerpts from clips: "Roses blanches de Corfou" (Athens 1984), "À force de prier" (Eurovision 1963) and "Mesa s'afti ti varka" (BBC 1968).

Her first husband wanted to return to Greece and to have a family life. But Nana refused to give up the music and they divorced. Their children grew up with their nanny who educated them. It took them a long time before they get closer to their mother.

Messages from Lionel Duroy (biographer) and Bernard Fixot (editor). Visit to the optician. Excerpt in concert from "Lily Marleen" (Athens 2008).

Nana grew up ashamed of being a gambler's daughter. She hasn’t talk a lot with her mother and she felt for a long time that she had stolen her destiny to her. Her parents saw her in concert and they were very proud of her success. Her father wanted to have a son so that his name carries on and at the end of his life, he told her that she did better.

Excerpt from the clip "Yesterday once more" (Lénou in duet with Laurent Voulzy).
During six years, Lénou was in her mother’s choruses. She accepted for the challenge and because it was a good opportunity to be in close contact with her. Nana remembers that at the beginning, Lénou refused to be introduced as her daughter. Since then, they developed a complicity.

Excerpts from "Fidaki" and "Je chante avec toi liberté" at the time of her grand return in Greece (Athens 1984).

Nana was elected at the European Parliament from 1994 to 1999, but she has been disappointed that no solutions were found to solve real problems. At present, Greece passes through a serious financial crisis. To set good example, she decided to give up her deputy pension.
