    MICHEL JASMIN
    (Pres.: Michel Jasmin)
The first time that Nana came to Montreal, she was part of a Harry Belafonte show and didn’t know that she was already known here. "Roses blanches de Corfou" is her first international success. Early in her career, she was asked to remove her glasses. Today, the people don’t want her to change. By superstition, she always gets on stage from the left side. She chose to record "Je chante avec toi liberté", because it’s a theme that belongs to everyone. The next time, she promises to come in studio and sing "Le curé de Terrebonne", a folk song from here.
